Teacher Vacancies

The Real Life Learning Academy Trust are looking to appoint 2 teachers (one permanent and one temporary) to join their team for September 2019.

The Real Life Learning Academy Trust is based in Cheshire East and consists of 2 academies Acton CE Primary Academy, Nantwich and Calveley Primary Academy, Tarporley. Bridgemere Primary School in Nantwich is currently in the process of converting into the Trust for a September start.

The teaching post could therefore be based at any of the three sites, as staff sometimes move schools for a variety of reasons: promotion, leadership opportunities or experience in mixed year groups to name a few. The staff are also deployed to suit the needs of the schools.

The Trust require a strong practitioner, with significant experience to strengthen the teaching team. No specified year group has been determined as we want the best practitioner and as stated have flexibility to deploy staff to the most appropriate school and year groups. This is a permanent position.

The additional teaching post is temporary in the first instance. This would be an ideal position for a recently qualified or newly qualified teacher.

For further information see the application pack for prospective candidates, as well as the letter to candidates.

Year 5/6 Maternity Cover Post

The post is part-time 0.6 from June 2019 until March 2020, but this could possibly be extended further. The post would be best suited to a KS2 teacher who has experience and confidence in teaching Y5/6 and who has a high level of commitment to improve standards for all pupils through inclusive teaching. The salary will be on the main teacher pay scale.

We can offer enthusiastic, well behaved students and the chance to be part of a motivated, supportive and hardworking team, who are committed to maintaining and raising standards for all pupils across the academy.

If you think you are the right person for us, please visit the school website to download an application form.

Candidates will be required to present proof of identity prior to interview. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and any appointment would be subject to satisfactory references. As part of the interview process shortlisted candidates will be required to teach the Year 5/6 pupils.

This is initially a temporary contract which will be reviewed in the Summer term.

We are looking for a warm and engaging individual who will help provide our pupil with the support and flexibility of approach that is required.
